The deposit paid to secure my wedding/session date is nonrefundable, and the remaining balance must be paid on or before the wedding date before receiving any photos from the wedding/session day.  Any payment(s) made after the wedding/session date are considered to be in violation of the contract for weddings, or verbal agreement for sessions, and all editing processes will not begin until the full balance has been made, therefore delaying all due dates of the photo deliveries including the 24 hour Teasers, full gallery and any other special requests that may have been agreed upon in the booking form for weddings, or verbal agreements for sessions.   All photos are available for 8 weeks from the day of the Completed Gallery upload for the Session or Wedding Packages.  All photos desired must be downloaded within that time frame, or a $75.00 will automatically be applied in order to retrieve them.
